Welcome to Thestarclub.org!
This site is my contribution to one of the greatest punk bands not only in Japan, but anywhere.
The site is dedicated to Hikage who has fronted the band since its original line up in 1977.
I am an Australian fan living in Japan and have therefore seen the band perform. I will post images
of THE STAR CLUB playing live whenever I can get to gigs.
Although I have met the band (all nice guys) I am in no way affiliated with them or CLUB THE STAR,
this site is merely a personal hobby of mine.
This site is totally paid for out of my own pocket and is now and will always be commercial free.
No pop-ups, banners or ads of any description will ever appear on this site. Therefore do not
contact me for the purpose of any commercial activity... the answer is no. However, if you have
a site related to THE STAR CLUB or J-Punk, I may consider linking to you.
As my Japanese language skills are limited, I am always looking for people fluent in Japanese and
English to help translate information for me. If you can help please
me, you will receive
credit on this site. I am also always looking for info about the band, again if you can help me out
do not hesitate to drop me a line.
